Trade Hawk HQ provides automated public information aggregation services for construction-related bidding activity. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any government agency.

3. Data Accuracy & Disclaimer

Our platform collects bid information from third-party sources. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, however:

  • All data is provided for informational purposes only.
  • We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timing of updates.
  • Users must verify all bid details directly with issuing agencies.
  • Trade Hawk HQ is not responsible for any missed deadlines, incorrect submissions, or business losses.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid services are billed monthly on a recurring basis via Stripe. You may cancel at any time and will continue to have access through the end of your billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our data to third parties.
  • Use the Service for unlawful or competitive data extraction purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or bypass any security within the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade Hawk HQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or negatively impact our Service operations or security.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
